How can I subscribe?
You can subscribe to MOVE directly on our website, through the payment links provided by our Customer Support, via bank transfer, or at authorized MTEL partners.
Payment via bank transfer: For payment instructions, please contact our Customer Support team. Please keep in mind that it may take up to three business days for your payment to be processed. If you would like your payment to be processed faster, we recommend using one of the other available payment methods.
Is there a contractual commitment?
No contract - cancel any time. MOVE is prepaid service, which means that you pay in advance only for a period you want to use the service.
What are the requirements for using MOVE?
To use the MOVE service, you need to have:
• high speed internet. Note: MTEL Global does not offer internet service. The user is obliged to provide a fast internet connection.
• one of the supported devices or MOVE box. The MOVE box is not available in Canada, Australia and the countries of Near East.
• active MOVE subscription.
In which countries is MOVE available?
The MOVE service can be purchased in the United States of America, Canada, the countries of the European Union (except Slovenia and Croatia), Switzerland, Norway, Great Britain, countries of Near East and Australia and the rest of the world. The service is not available in ex-YU countries. To purchase the service in Austria, visit www.mtel.at.
