WHAT IS MOVE SERVICE?

MOVE allows you to watch popular domestic series, top TV channels, and radio stations from the Balkans. With over 270 channels available, high-quality video, a 7-day catch-up feature, and access from all your devices, MOVE offers a comprehensive viewing experience. Internet connection is required to use the service, which is designed for EX-YU diaspora worldwide.

IN WHICH COUNTRIES IS MOVE SERVICE AVAILABLE?

The MOVE service can be purchased in the United States of America, Canada, the countries of the European Union (except Slovenia and Croatia), Switzerland, Norway, Great Britain, the United Arab Emirates and Australia and the rest of the world. The service is not available in ex-YU countries. To purchase the service in Austria, visit www.mtel.at.
If you cannot register on the site from the country where you are staying, you need to contact MTEL Customer Support via the email address support@mtel.global or phone and you will receive instructions for the purchase.

IS THERE A CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATION?

There is no commitment. MOVE operates on a prepaid basis, meaning you pay in advance for the period you wish to use the service.

WHAT IS THE PRICE OF MOVE SUBSCRIPTION?

You can check the offer and package prices at any time in the Packages section. Prices vary depending on the territory where you purchase the service due to different currencies and taxes. MTEL Global reserves the right to change prices from time to time (changes do not affect active subscriptions) and to create promotions on subscription and device prices.
